Instagram robots slam news site
algorithm says: “too good to be human”
Beat World was slammed by an attempted shut down yesterday, after Meta Algorithm Robots flagged the site as being “too cool to be human-made.” Beat World’s CEO, who prefers to remain anonymous, directed public interest to the site’s other locations: “Substack and just like, on the Internet.” She released the statement “they’re sending us mixed signals. First, we’re welcomed and verified, and then we’re growing too fast to be human.” CEO says this isn’t the first time she’s had a run in with the bots, and may not be the last. “They haven’t fully shut us down yet, but we’re sharing our other locations, in the event of another takedown. And if all else fails, that’s why we’re in print. Until robots completely take over the Postal Service, we can still bring you what you need to know.”
